Details: Roasts are coming from Thousand Hills. $15.99 per pound, 4lb. minimum (2 bones). Available for pickup at Basics from 12/22 to 12/24, or after Christmas for New Year's Eve. Order by the bone: a 2-bone roast will weigh around 4-5lbs, 3-bone 6-7lbs and so forth. Final price will be finalized based on final weight, payable at pickup.
