Touch of Pilates Mat Classes at Basics

Thursdays 8:45-9:30 a.m.

Basics is proud to partner with Elizabeth Thorne and Touch of Pilates to offer unique, customized mat classes to the co-op and our local community.

Classes are held in The Community Room (door to the left of Produce). Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, for paperwork. Drop-ins are accepted, or packages are available.
