Shopping the Co-op on a Budget
Are you a penny-pincher, a bargain hunter, or just looking for ways to serve up healthy food on a tight budget? Co-op shopping can meet your need to eat for cheap! Join us for a store tour with a focus on saving money at your Co-op. Also pick up simple recipes, coupons and pointers to help you start saving right away! This short class + store tour is held at 6pm every 3rd Tuesday of the month. Please pre-register at the Customer Service Desk; tours will be capped at 15 participants. New Health Insurance Marketplace for Basics Co-op Owners
Basics has partnered with Simple and Smart insurance development (SASid), Inc. to provide a new "Health Insurance Marketplace" online at basicscoopbenefits.com. This Member Benefit Marketplace is a web-based software solution that will help Basics Co-op Owners quote, compare and apply for discounted health insurance products such as Individual and family health insurance, Major Medical Insurance, Dental/Vision Insurance, Supplemental Insurance and a number of other insurance options. Co-op Owners also have access to a free prescription discount card through the website, and a 24-hour customer service line at (855) 826-0023.
