One of Sheila’s favorite recipes is super simple to make and to adjust as necessary based on the number of servings needed. She hopes you’ll enjoy her version of Egg Roll in a Bowl!
Egg Roll in a Bowl Recipe
1 pound ground turkey
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 T chopped scallions
Low sodium soy sauce
Brown ground turkey. Add chopped cabbage and stir until well cooked. Sprinkle with scallions and soy sauce (to taste). Makes two servings. Enjoy!
