Sarah came for the ‘booch and decided to become a Co-op Owner!
As a restaurant owner, Sarah appreciates good quality! Sarah initially started purchasing locally made Komboocho (vanilla chai and jasmine peaflower are two of her favorite flavors) and now uses the 'booch’ in her restaurant! Sarah also enjoys the local produce selection and Little Cheeky ice cream!
Sarah also likes to treat herself to our ready-to-eat deli items! Both the Chicken Salad and the Tarragon Salad are among of favorites. Coming from a restaurant owner, we must say we’re honored!
