I love Rushing Waters Smoked Salmon because they are locally raised and smoked in Palmyra, WI and are sustainably raised in spring fed ponds that mimic their natural habitat. They taste delicious with eggs for breakfast, as a quick snack, or on a charcuterie board. Sustainable, local and fresh.
