Allergen Statement
New cutting boards, utensils and gloves are used for every order. Care is taken to avoid cross contamination, but individuals with severe allergies should be advised that our kitchen processes foods containing wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and soy. While many of our prepared foods are naturally free of gluten, our kitchen is not a certified gluten free facility. When gluten free paninis are ordered, we scrape and sanitize the grill.
