I have been a Basics shopper since they were at their first location!
I view being a Co-op Owner as an investment in my health. I appreciate the helpful staff and the variety of options that are offered in both grocery and supplements. One of my favorite “finds” has been the D’Vash Organic Date Nectar. I combine this nectar with fried pecans (in a mix of butter and avocado oil), Odyssey yogurt, frozen ripe bananas and frozen or fresh blueberries. This is such a healthy treat, and it helps curb my sugar cravings!
