I’ve been a Basics Owner for about 3 years now. Being a Co-op Owner was not a new idea to me, as I was part of a co-op in a different state.
I love the natural products that the co-op offers. I feel like the food I purchase here is fresh, safe and healthy - not full of preservatives. I appreciate that I can wash my produce in just water without worrying about chemicals that might be on or in it. I have found that Basics has a good selection of vitamins, essence oils, and supplements (including children’s) which is important to me. In addition to the organic fruits and veggies, I love the deli selection - especially the carrot juice!
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the selection of educational classes offered is nice. It’s also nice that Basics offers so much free reading material regarding health!
