Great Cuts

Here at Basics we offer both fresh and fresh-frozen selections of all different kinds of meats including beef, buffalo, poultry, pork, lamb, and seafood. On a given day our fresh meat case is filled with steaks, roasts, hotdogs, flavored franks, pork chops, ground beef, whole chickens, and chicken parts. On the weekends we bring in an assortment of different types of fish. In the frozen section we have additional products including pheasant, lamb, ground pork, as well as selections of buffalo and beef. We also cary a number of fresh sliced deli meats. Special orders are always welcome for items that we normally do not stock.

We strive to choose the finest, and freshest products that have been raised using environmentally friendly and humane practices. We provide both All Natural and Organically raised products. We do our best to support local farmers and producers first before we search outside of the state.
